Complete Care Cremation

Yesterday I visited Complete Care to have my beloved Mother's ashes divided up between my sisters and I and from my first phone call, through the execution of the service, the staff was extremely empathetic, patient, supportive and kind. In such a grief-producing situation, I'm very grateful I found them because they made a difficult situation 1% less difficult. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The whole staff was really respectful and thoughtful through the whole process even when picking her body up to picking up the ashes. Will was such a kind person when picking up my grandmothers ashes and offered kind words. Really recommend this place, very transparent on prices.

During a tough time, it’s always helpful to find a resource, and that’s what they were. It seemed fine. I wished they would respond to emails and voicemails, as it’s hard to be the persistent one during grief. Other than that, I felt a $150 flat rate to send ashes via USPS was a clear margin grab….I get that everyone has to make money but that seemed a bit blatant and excessive to me. However, I had to comply as I don’t live in Texas. Other than that, it was fine. Not stellar, not terrible. I personally dislike being interrupted and talked over constantly, and I realize it’s a communication style, often culturally embedded, I found it irritating and unhelpful, but that’s just me.

Our loved one pasted away unexpectedly. We were unable to think clearly and process what needed to be done. Called multiple places where by the end the quotes shoot up $1000.00 or more than originally quote. Complete Care Creamation did not do that to us. The original quote remained the same. Terry was caring and helpful. I had a ton of questions and repeatly called her back. Each time she was kind and helpful. Even after we received our loved ones remains and needing help with questions she was there to help. I would highly recommend them. Especially in the state of mind you are in when a love one passes. I felt they cared. Thank yall again
