They were prompt, respectful, compassionate and they go above and beyond to make this difficult time easier to manage because they handle every detail, even some you don't even know you need. With planning a funeral being not only very costly but overwhelmingly stressful, Savannah handled everything in a professional, caring, and prompt manner. She dealt with us with gentle concern and led us through the details of providing a celebration service and burial for my Mom in a way that anticipated and met our needs. She was available by phone or to meet in person as needed throughout the planning. She followed up and provided proofs for review and accommodated us through any tweaks or changes. Not one time did she refuse a request or say she was unable to meet a need. She advocated for us as needed with our cemetery and made our whole experience as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend Susannah and LCF and would definitely use them again.

After three years, I didn’t expect to still be receiving such thoughtful and compassionate support, but this cremation service truly went above and beyond.
