Casket Store

My mother-in-law passed away this past Thursday. We started the search for a casket for her. The funeral home we were dealing with had exorbitant prices. We visited Andy the next day who shot straight with us. He quoted a price and it was more than fair. Since we had to have it sent 200 miles away, we asked and he couldn't do that. I asked if I could transport it in my truck. Certainly! Save you lots of money. Here it is Monday and I called, this time getting Barbara, the owner. Andy had already provided her with all the information. I went and picked it up without any issues. No hidden fees, all upfront details. You couldn't trust a better place to get a casket for your loved ones. Hopefully, they're still around when it's my time to go.

I highly recommend the casket store! From first point of contact to the end Barbara and staff provided compassion, ministry, and devoted time to me and my family in our time and need in the passing our loved one. Her dedication and honesty meant the world to us. She is a true rockstar! Thank you for assistance in selecting his headstone!

6/2025 -- I highly recommend this store! Due to being out of state, I was searching online to find a local casket store that my Dallas family could visit and see caskets in person. It was comforting and helpful to speak with Ms. Barbara over the phone -- several times. She answered all of my questions and assured me would be able to find something that would be befitting for my deceased father. However, my family decided to stop by another local casket store first because it was "on the way" and had a larger inventory. Boy, that was a mistake! The owner at "BPC" was unbelievably rude to my mother and siblings. Very dismissive, no eye contact, bothered by questions, and ultimately responded a question with "Just go ahead and leave!!" So, that's what they did. There's no way we would support his business. My family walked out and continued on to the Casket Store. Here Ms. Barbara had a sweet personality and showed them several options based upon what we had been looking for. Also, she had worked directly with the funeral home we were using, so everything was handled seamlessly. We saved a significant amount of money going this route and were very pleased with the product (pictured here). Without hesitation, I will recommend the Casket Store to everyone in the Dallas area.

I cannot explain how wonderful Barbara and the Casket Store has been to me during this difficult time. I’ve had 2 delays at Restland (internal communication issues) and Barbara has handled the changes and helped me through all this. What a comfort she has been! Besides having the exact casket that we wanted with a better price, she has provided a friendly voice who cared about all I was going through. She truly cares about her customers! I hugely recommend Barbara and the Casket Store (on 75 just South of 635) with a great selection and the best prices!!! And wonderful, caring people!

WOW... Simply Amazing!!! Great Customer Service and a wonderful owner. - Barbara truly is a professional. She came highly recommended and she was very compassionate and understanding during a very difficult time during Covid 19. Barbara.. if you are reading this, thank you from the bottom of my heart! This Covid-19 situation was very difficult to deal with but you came through at a time I needed your support. I will keep you in my prayers in hopes that people read this and truly understand what a wonderful person you really are. My mother will be very thankful for helping us out. Thank you!
