Amazing food and service! Chef Eric and the team at Tres Creole are outstanding! The food and variety of options are so good. The quality and the presentation and taste are consistently excellent. I’ve used Tres Creole for so many different occasions but, most recently, for my daughter’s graduation party. A team of two servers came and were phenomenally helpful. They set the food out for the party beautifully and refreshed consistently. They were kind, efficient and did an amazing job! 10 out of 10!

This review is LONGGG OVERDUE!!! We’ve used Très Creole Catering four times now, and they never disappoint! The food is always amazing and full of flavor. Our guests raved about the Jambalaya, shrimp rolls, red beans and rice, blackened salmon, and chicken. Everything was fresh, seasoned perfectly, and beautifully presented. They’ve truly become our go-to caterer, and we’ll keep using them for future events. Highly recommend if you want authentic, delicious Creole cuisine that impresses every time! Thanks Chef Eric!

Chef Eric is a true professional from start to finish.The food was absolutely delicious and seasoned to perfection! He catered our HS grad party. All the adults asked where we got the food and I am not exaggerating. I should have had his card on the table. People went back for seconds and some thirds! There was hardly anything left. People loved the roasted veggies. The catfish was a huge hit even with the kids. A couple kids came over to the tray and ate the crumbs!😂 Sliders were gone within half an hour. He asked the right questions to ensure we had the right amount and type of food and made sure we had all we needed from serving trays to warmers. He double checked before sending the delivery out to make sure he was sending everything needed. Delivery from Oscar was super easy, he was in and out and made sure all the burners were functioning. Chef Eric’s work and team were outstanding.

The food was delicious, but when you stopped having smaller orders for holiday meals, it no longer suited our needs as an older couple. We are also trying to be more health conscious- reducing sodium & sugar - so we found holiday food a little closer to home that works for us. The pickup was a little stressful because there wasn't great parking and it felt a little disorganized getting our order. Still- as a NOLA gal- I would recommend y'all. And I would possibly order stuffed mirlaton if you made some.
