A year ago, when I lost my younger sister, I knew she had chosen Michigan Cremation and funeral services after researching for a personal fit. From my first phone call after she passed, until we retrieved her cremains, we were promptly, professionally and kindly treated. During one of the worst periods of our families life, they provided comfort, were respectful, carried out our sisters wishes completely without any problems or deviations. Their compassion and sincerity were gifts beyond measure and we remain grateful.

Mike was a true blessing from initial phone call all the way through. When my step father passed unexpectedly, we did not know where to begin. Mike was very knowledgeable and made all aspects of the process clear and easy to understand. He walked us through everything and answered so many questions we had.
