From start to finish and beyond, Grand Rapids Cremation Services treated me and my mom with dignity and care. I cannot say enough amazing things about this business. My mom was suddenly and unexpectedly placed in a Hospice situation and I called over to GR Cremation Services who gave me very important information so that I could plan accordingly and give their information to the hospital. When the time came, everything was easy to fill out and pay for which was so important in my time of deep grief. I was kept informed when they received custody of my mom and even in their email messages back to me they remained extraordinarily professional and compassionate. They even told me that I could come back in with my mom’s cremated remains once I had chosen an urn so that I wouldn’t have to transfer her remains to the new urn. My main dealings were with Tracey and she has truly been fantastic throughout this entire process.

Very kind and considerate went above and beyond. I was unable to come up with the money right away so they still did there job. Picked my brother up from Hospice and waited until I could afford to pay them. They are so fabulous, they understood how the unexpected can happen and worked with me. So appreciate everything they did.

During a time when our family truly needed things to go as smoothly as possible, the team at Grand Rapids Cremation came through with exceptional integrity, compassion, and care. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and respect shown to our family throughout the entire process. My husband and I will forever be grateful to Abby and Grand Rapids Cremation Services. When my father-in-law passed away suddenly, it was up to us to organize everything from our new home in Europe. Amidst the shock and grief, Abby was there for us from the start, making things as easy as possible. She kept in touch, was kind and sensitive, and handled every issue like it was no issue at all. When Abby wasn't available, our questions were answered and our calls were returned right away by other caring staff. We were never made to feel like a bother.
