I had to order funeral flowers for my mom's memorial service and KoKo Florist was the best shop based on flower design, location, and price for urgent order. The order process was very professional. I had to order through phone call because I was out of town, but the owner sent me a lot of sample photos so I can easily pick for my mom's funeral. The quality of flower arrangements and overall price were better than other flower shops. All of flower arrangements were beautiful and awesome! Appreciate the amazing flower design works and on time delivery!

Wonderful service and kindness!!! I stopped by earlier today to order a small sympathy arrangement for a friend who suffered an unexpected bereavement today. We originally scheduled delivery for Monday as the earliest available date, but Koko Florist both called and texted me an hour later to let me know they could deliver same-day late afternoon if I wanted an earlier arrival. They sent me a photo of the finished arrangement before it went out for delivery and my friend received it by the end of the day. I was so pleased by their thoughtfulness and the beauty of the arrangement, and my friend loved the flowers. Five star service, I will recommend them to all my local friends!

I can only give the absolute highest rating for this florist. I had to order an arrangement for a funeral, and I live out of state. Ella, the owner, worked with me over the phone, texting pictures of similar arrangements, and helped me tailor the flowers to exactly how I wanted it. She was easy to work with, and the arrangement came out beautifully. I had so many people come up afterwards to ask about the florist, and to tell me how much they loved the arrangement. Blown away by the arrangement and communication from Koko Florist! I ordered the East Village No. 5 last night, and it was delivered by 4 p.m. today. The florist texted me updates along the way, sharing how the arrangement turned out and confirming once it was delivered. The bouquet was exactly as pictured — absolutely beautiful and true to the photo. Exceptional service and stunning flowers! Highly recommend. Will definitely be using Koko Florist again!
