The Fifth Wheel Catering

We hired Fifth Wheel Catering for our wedding brunch of 45 people, and while the staff was friendly and the presentation was very nice, the experience was disappointing overall. The event manager, Tyler, would go unresponsive for weeks at a time, but didn’t set an out-of-office message. Also, he sent the license and insurance the day before the wedding. These two factors added a lot of stress during our planning process. Worse, the food was cold, which made it unappetizing, especially for brunch. I couldn't finish my plate. We also paid extra for raspberry filling on our cake, but there was barely any. The little amount was overshadowed by the buttercream that tasted like plain butter. Unfortunately, the poor communication and cold food overshadowed what could have been a great experience.

Working with Tyler Wolff and Fifth Wheel Catering was truly a dream experience. My husband and I opted for the stations menu and added on appetizers and signature cocktails. We were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food. All of the dishes were so incredible and didn't taste like they had been mass-produced. The menus were truly chic and yummy and something our guests were able to actually enjoy and a positive topic of conversation all evening down to our late night orange chicken. The signature cocktails and the entire bar was top notch and we felt as through we were at a fancy speakeasy! Tyler and The Fifth Wheel Catering paid such incredible attention to detail and were truly a delight to work with. I can't recommend The Fifth Wheel Catering enough!

My husband and I were married at Willow and The Fifth Wheel Catering was their in-house caterer. They did NOT disappoint! We chose BBQ for the main dish, along with their dessert buffet, and two late night snacks: orange chicken and pretzels. We haven't heard one negative word about the food. We are so thankful to have had such a wonderful experience with The Fifth Wheel Catering and would gladly recommend them to everyone for their event!

We used them for our wedding reception this past summer at Willow, and the food was amazing! We chose the BBQ buffet and there were so many options. Our guests all raved about it. The staff was also top notch and so attentive. They had our cocktails ready at our head table and made sure we had enough to eat. They even packed up leftover cake for us to take with us at the end of the night. I would definitely recommend using Fifth Wheel!

We worked with Fifth Wheel for our wedding on 10.20.23 and they were fantastic! We really wanted to do something pretty nontraditional for our wedding so we decided on the buffet stations (which were a hit!!!) The Southern option (with shrimp & grits and the chicken & waffles) were a guest favorite and were raved about all night! The desserts and cake we were received were amazing as well. Tyler was great to work with, always on top of things, and very professional. He truly made everything such a breeze for us!! Highly recommend Fifth Wheel for your big day!
