Heirloom DC was a great choice for my Nearly-Wed celebration! Elizabeth was extremely helpful in selecting the menu and quantities and even supported me with heating lamp rentals. Communication was clear and prompt throughout the process. Overall, I felt supported throughout the event planning and execution process; I would definitely recommend to another bride and groom!

Where do I even begin? Heirloom was a WONDERFUL choice for our wedding. Vicky, the owner, was incredibly knowledgable on helping us pick out a menu that was within our budget, incorporated foods we liked, and all went together. She also made a few suggestions to our rentals that completely elevated the look of our tables. I could not be more thankful for her expertise. As for the wedding day - WOW. I have always heard that "guests don't remember the food at weddings." Let me tell you - my guests remember the food at our wedding VERY well. It has been a few months since our wedding date and I still have guests commenting on how beautiful and delicious the food was. Heirloom has absolutely perfected their craft. They have ingenious ways of displaying each food item and everything was delicious. If you are looking for a memorable cocktail hour and meal at your wedding, you cannot go wrong with Heirloom. I want to plan another party, just so I can have Heirloom caterer it again!

Vicky and the team at Heirloom have been nothing short of exceptional before, during, and after the multiple events we've worked with them on. Working in events for the commercial real estate world, I work work many caterers on a regular basis, and I can say that Heirloom has consistently been the most creative, comprehensive, collaborative, and professional group I've worked with. The food and beverages have always been outstanding, and all of our guests have nothing but high praise. One of our (notoriously picky, with a renowned taste) executives even praised Heirloom's work with: "I can't eat this food, it's too beautiful. This is the best presentation I've ever seen." Needless to say, he did try the food, and was equally as blown away with the quality. The Heirloom team has worked with us to design gorgeous events beyond just the food and drink as well, collaborating with us on design elements, and lending their deep expertise to suggest different ideas, which ultimately led our events to be even more wonderful. They have a deep roster of rental groups they work with to bring in pieces that have elevated our events to another level. Even from a cost perspective, while certainly not an 'economy' option, the team at Heirloom has provided me more bang-for-the-buck than any other group I've worked with, and has been worth every penny. I can't say enough wonderful things about this group, but if you're looking for a truly innovative caterer for your next event; again, as someone who plans events for a living, I can say without hesitation that you should book Heirloom.

Heirloom catered for my rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Both events were absolutely flawless, brought me to tears. Vicky and her team did an amazing job, from start to finish. It was a dream come true! Their food and presentation is a 10/10. Highly recommend choosing Heirloom, you will not be disappointed!

We hosted our wedding at Dock5-Union Market, which is a blank canvas (read: empty warehouse) and Vicky was able to transform it in a way that reflected our style while guiding us with her professional advice. She truly made our wedding vision a reality. Vicky stuck with us through the pandemic and was graciously flexible with us throughout, and ensured that we had our dream wedding in the end. Heirloom’s food is absolutely unforgettable, and it was that excellent food in combination with thoughtful and perfectly executed service that made our reception so enjoyable. We wanted to do family style and create a sense of warmth throughout the warehouse space and they nailed it - two long kings tables, assorted ceramic serving platters, the bistro lighting, moody candles… everything! The menu options we found with Heirloom and the creativity in both the dishes themselves but also the presentation convinced us - and we are so glad we did! Vicky also personally checked in on us throughout the evening and made sure we got to have every single delicious thing being served! It’s been several weeks since our wedding and our guests still talk about “the best wedding food they have ever had”! But it was not just the food and menu design, as we decided some months down the planning process to also entrust Vicky and her Team to handle the design aspects of the wedding. The planning process was comfortable and collaborative, and we loved the ideas that Vicky introduced to take our vision and turn it into reality. We loved working with Vicky and the Heirloom Team and could not imagine our wedding, after what felt like years of planning, without them!
