I had the most incredible experience with Spilled Milk Catering- especially Brittany George and Emma Buck- for our wedding in Washington, DC this past February. I began working with Brittany in June 2025, and from start to finish, the entire team was exceptionally thoughtful, detail-oriented, and attentive throughout the planning process. They were always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer creative options that aligned with our vision while remaining mindful of our budget. Their professionalism and care made the planning experience feel seamless and stress-free. On our wedding day, the food and service were absolutely outstanding. From Cocktail hour to our late night bites on the dance floor, everything felt elevated and luxurious, and our guests are still talking about how amazing the experience was. Spilled Milk Catering played such a huge role in making our wedding unforgettable, and I truly can’t imagine the day without them. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone planning a special event.

All i can say is WOW. I can't say enough good things about Heather Ellis and Spilled Milk Catering. First of all, they just honored a credit they held for me since Covid canceled my son's bnei mitvah 5 years ago! When I called Heather asking if they still had a record of it she said of course and then helped me plan a big birthday celebration for me. She was patient, made amazing recommendations, and everything selected was perfect. Steven and his team were fantastic! So helpful, nice, and professional. Everything was beautiful! The food delicious! Everyone raved about how good it was. Thank you again for honoring my credit etc. and making my 60th truly memorable!!

Spilled Milk catered our daughter’s wedding. We were exceptionally pleased with the service they provided. Amit helped us from beginning to end helping with menu planning and set up. His entire staff was professional and highly skilled. The food was spectacular and presented beautifully. The bartenders were highly trained and efficient serving many guests quickly. Many of your guests told how delicious their meals were. We are pleased to offer our highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed.

We were thrilled to see Spilled Milk on our venue’s approved list because I had previously tasted their food at my company’s holiday party — and it was one of the most memorable meals I’d had at an event. Once again, they did not disappoint. Our tasting was absolutely delicious and left us so excited to enjoy the meal again on our wedding day. Our guests raved about the food for weeks afterward, with many saying it was one of the best wedding meals they had ever had. Heather was incredibly professional and truly a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend Spilled Milk enough. From the start they were extremely helpful and professional. I worked with Jill and no matter how many questions or emails I bothered her with she always responded and was happy to assist! Our tasting was free and delicious, and they packed up so much extra food for us to take home. From just the tasting and initial consult with Jill we knew we wanted to book with Spilled Milk. Along with Select, they were extremely helpful when we went to pick out all our linens and table settings, and I felt so at ease knowing they would handle our day. The food was insanely good and we had so many compliments from our guests! The catering staff made sure my husband and I had food and drinks, and they were so sweet!
