******PSA THIS IS NOT AMARSI ANY MORE THIS IS SAGUARO********WOOOOOHOOO I cannot say enough wonderful things about Saguaro Assisted Living and their incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, everything was crisp, clean, and welcoming. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly—it truly feels like they love what they do. When I asked for help preparing my mother-in-law’s medications for the weekend, the team handled everything with care and efficiency. A huge shoutout to Michelle, the nurse, who went above and beyond. She was extremely precise and organized, making sure we had a clear plan for picking up and dropping off my mother-in-law. She even ensured all medications would be properly scheduled by day and time, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was also wonderful to see the warm, welcoming atmosphere they created, including a breakfast to celebrate the transition to the new company. The entire team was well-dressed, positive, and smiling—something that truly stood out. Saguaro Assisted Living has been such a bright light for this home. I feel completely confident and grateful trusting them with my mother-in-law’s care. I truly hope more people hear about the amazing work they’re doing. Way to go, Saguaro—we love you! From my mother-in-law Angela, Joseph Enas(her son), and mr Daniella 💙 ❤️ this company is an answer to the residents prayer 🙏 and we are beyond blessed with the changes. My mother-in-law and I actually cried together in gratitude for how wonderful Saguaro is.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HELL WHOLE. WE MOVED IN March 1, 2025 and we were there because my wife Lisa Umtuch was unable to walk. 1 month after getting there as they were doing Physical therapy on my wife they broke her Right Femur and then treated us like we did something. Not one person ever checked to see how she was doing. June they kicked me out leaving my wife alone when I was her caregiver, they had me trespassed and arrested for being there taking care of my wife. October 13, 2025 some time between 9:30 am and Noon my wife died. They only found her because she was to call into court that day because they were evicting her she never made the call so when going to see why she didn't call in they found her. Here is the best part I didn't find out until 10am on October 14th because I called the front desk to have someone go check on her. If they wouldn't have kept me from my wife she may still be alive. They are fake about everything. Nice to your face and pull the knife out when you walk away. As I was cleaning out the rest of my died wife's things Rebecca tells me I can come back and live there once I get insurance. Up yours because I would rather die on a street corner then ever give you a penny.

I go to Amarsi almost daily. My interaction with the staff is amazing! They are friendly, always smiling and inviting. Their interactions with the residents is positive engagements. The staff are responsive to the residents wants and needs. The wellness director Rebecca and administrator Eric go above and beyond to ensure the residents are taken care of, have everything they need and interact immediately with them if necessary. The changes to the building are impressive. I would bring my own mother here if she needed a place to stay.

If you care for your loved ones DO NOT put them in this facility. My mother is currently there and on hospice. We are fighting to get her somewhere else in her last days. The bugs in her room are disgusting. They even crawl along her bed. It is a horrible sight and horrible that low income people have no better options than this. The facility director took advantage of our mother because my husband is out of town for work weeks at a time. So he made it seem like we abandoned her here and he has control of her social security finances and everything now. We are fighting every way we know how and are not getting anywhere. I just wanted this to be a warning to anyone else please don’t let your loved one and up here.

The staff has been absolutely amazing to my family member and my family when I come by to visit. We couldn’t be happier at another facility, and trust me we have tried others. I would personally like to thank the evening staff for take extra time to get my aunt situated. Also would like to thank Rebecca McCall for all that she does behind the scenes!
