The engravings weren't done on time. We contacted Worth with the dates the family of the deceased would be in Charleston (none of us live there anymore, and I live abroad in the UK and will never be back as my family is in Montana on the other side of the country). Frances said they would be able to get them done on time by that date for our arrival. And then they didn't (edit: the weather was fine that time of year, it was April...their reason below rings hallow. I honestly think they just forgot since there was no follow-up saying they wouldn't have it done). I, and the rest of my family, probably will never be able to see these engravings in real life. I am deeply, deeply sad about that and there is nothing Worth Monument can do to correct this. There wasn't much empathy or apology given for this occurrence which for a monument company seems to be a major lack. On the plus side, the photos they sent of the engravings look like they did a good job so I am giving two stars.

My mom passed away in April 2023; my dad preceded her in death, in October 2017. I wanted to place a monument on their gravesite; however, I live 300 miles from my parents' gravesite. Based on a recommendation from a family acquaintance, I contacted Worth Monument via their website. I received an immediate response from Frances, who assisted me in designing, ordering, and placing my parents' monument at the cemetery. My husband and I visited their gravesite this week and were extremely pleased with the memorial. The monument is beautiful and is a permanent tribute to the 60 plus years my mom and dad shared. They must be smiling.
