This company came through with everything that they promised my family and I. Jennifer was excellent, and the graphic designer was amazing. They were very professional, compassionate and very honest regarding the process. Every time I stopped by the office they would stop whatever they were doing to make sure all of my questions and concerns were resolved. My Omi paid her hard earned money for work to be done on a headstone. This company took her money and did the worst possible job. When it came to fixing the problem, there was always an excuse or delay. Now there is just a metal plate over part of the damage which is awful.

I have ordered two different monuments from this company and they have done truly wonderful job both times! Although it takes a while to get these stones made (12 weeks) the end result is worth the wait. Design was complicated on both stones with one stone having a poem in a different language for my grandmother (many other memorial makers in SC did not want to even try), Richard and co. did not hesitate with a challenge. Very happy. Thank you.
