I recently viewed this hidden facility and was surprised to find that it was clean and did not smell. I was greeted by the Security Officer at the front desk where I had to mask up, sign in and wait for the Admission Director, Mrs. Julie who was very professional and courteous. I toured the facility and it was clean and it needs to be updated. I saw two areas a short term rehab and long term unit and two large dinning areas. They had a nice outdoor area where residence can go outside but the only thing I didn't like is that it is not a smoke-free facility. My Aunt has COPD from second hand smoking and therefore, that immediately turned me off. The staff members seemed very compassionate and assured me that they would take care of my Aunt and as a retired Healthcare worker, that is all I want. It's terrible that the clothing we provide goes missing but I'm finding out that it happens everywhere smh. I've decided I am not going to buy the expensive stuff that she is accustom to so it won't upset me, knowing that her stay is temporary. This facility is for someone because everyone can't afford to be where they would like to be and some places won't accept you where you want to be so I thank God that there is a place that's open. Let's pray that people take responsibility for their actions and realize that 1 day it can or will be YOU and how do YOU want to be treated?

Beware. Do Not leave your love one here! It's old, outdated and not very friendly. Do not let them trick you into signing over rights and insurance policies especially if they're only there for rehabilitation because it would end as soon as you sign the papers. They will stick them in one big room and sit on their phones denying them basic things like water, or spreading covid to every patient constantly. Playing loud random music as entertainment while they sit in one spot, one wheelchair, one area wasting away to nothing. This is a sad place that needs to be renovated, filled with an more attentive staff that actually care, better activities besides getting them dress or bingo, private areas where families can visit in peace and quiet or they need to just shut it down! This is the place where dreams and hope go to die that should not be intended for any type of "extended" care. Beware!

The staff is rude and it takes more then 10 minutes for them to answer call bells. I was there taking care of my grandmother and the nurse and nursing assistant were yelling at the patient next door, telling her she was "going to wait" for them to care for her. I would not recommend this nursing home at all

My Dad likes it here. The nursing staff is friendly and they do keep the residents entertained. Some of my Dad's clothing does get misplaced, but I do understand that keeping up with all of his things can be a full time job in itself. My dad suffers from short term memory loss and constantly loses things. But overall, I am satisfied with this place.

Do NOT let your love ones suffer here. The workers are not only unprofessional and poorly trained, some of them even steal from the residents! It happens so frequently that my great aunt told us to not bring certain items to her room. It took 2 nights for new clothes that we purchased for her to be stolen right out of the drawers. I was outraged! But management treats it as a minor issue! There's no way we'll let her stay there another second. This place should be shut down.
