I worked with Monica but everyone was so helpful in a time I needed everyone to be on my team. They helped to complete my son’s headstone just as I had imagined it after another company dropped the ball. Such patient and loving people at Milacek Monument. I highly recommend them.

We had personalized vases made for our Mom. Tom and his team did a beautiful job! (We originally went to a place in my Mom's town for the vases and that place really messed them up.) Tom made sure that we had everything correct on the vases, the picture and engraving on the vases are beautiful and clear, excellent communication and Tom is so very nice to work with. Highly recommend! Thank you Tom for the wonderful vases for our Mom!

Milacek Monuments is amazing!! I can not say enough great things about their excellent work! My Granddaughter’s headstone 💗 is a true tribute to our precious Angel! We started this journey in 2020 and Tom was an absolbute blessing! He sat with us when the loss was so fresh that tears were more often than not. He was very patient, compassionate and listened to what we wanted. He made my daughter’s vision better than anything we could have imagined! He made sure we knew all the options, process, timeline, and went over every part of the design to make sure it was perfect- right down to the pink hearts! Tom kept us apprised of any changes, updates and walked us through each step of the process. We knew it was going to be expensive and pre-arranged how we would pay for it. As life does, it threw us some curves and Milacek never once demanded more or made us feel guilty for taking longer! Every one of their staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and compassionate! They even put a beautiful temporary stone out until ours was ready to be placed so Isabella didn’t go without 💗 Words don’t seem like enough but THANK YOU Milacek and team! Absolutely amazing! There is no other Monument company I would choose. Milacek Monument Company was absolutely excellent from the moment we walked in the door. John & Melinda as well as all the other staff made sure everything we wanted/needed for our son's monument bench was perfect, and followed up with us throughout the process. All staff were so very compassionate, professional and treated us like we were their own family. If I could give a 10 star rating I would.
