My family has worked with them a few times with great outcome, considering the situation. Recently we worked with a gentleman named Tim. He is amazing/ kind and very helpful.

My wife’s mother passed May 11 her family purchased a marker on May 12, we were told 6-8 weeks and it would be set in place. In July my wife was told it was done and would be set in a week. We went to view it a couple weeks later no marker we went again Sunday August 24 no marker. We went to the office and had a “ discussion “ with them and finally when we went on September 3rd it’s there so 6-8 weeks turned into over 16 weeks. Really didn’t pay over $1,900 to have an unmarked grave for over 16 weeks.

Hey, thanks for calling me in a really rough time where my mother died and tried to sell me a headstone. You have ZERO compassion for families of lost loved ones. You should NEVER reach out to people, let them reach out to YOU. Also, I’ve driven by your business and it looks abandoned. Maybe worry about that first.

This company randomly sending me a mailer for headstones after a loved one passed away is straight up tacky! You should be ashamed! We already have a beautiful headstone being made by a local family owned business that didn’t harass us after our dad died. For anyone wondering Pulverente Monument Co. is a fabulous business that actually seems to care for your family after a loved one dies. 10/10 recommend them!

This place randomly calls you a couple of weeks after a family members funeral to ask you if they have a headstone. They’re literally “head hunting”. Classless, no tact and tacky as hell. I wouldn’t use them just for this reason.
