The Watermark at the Pearl

The Watermark building is only a few years old and looks stunning, perfect safe location in downtown Portland. I like how engaged the residents are at weekly or monthly building events. I love how pet-friendly they are with community events and a "pet relief area". Last but not least...the front desk is always pleasant, smiling. It's been a pleasure working with Amanda and Destiny.

Miranda, Ben and Grace really make The Watermark at the Pearl stand out above the rest. The community itself is stunning, with great amenities and wonderful caring people working with their residents. I always feel very welcome when we visit, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

I'm the owner of a senior housing & care referral agency. We've had the opportunity to help 17 individuals or couples move into this beautiful community in the short time it's been open. The feedback we receive is extremely positive. Yesterday the Watermark allowed us to hold a regional meeting in one of their conference rooms. The staff was so attentive and the food was fantastic! This is an incredible community that offers all levels of care from independent living to assisted living and even memory care. Very impressive senior living community!

Watermark at the Pearl is a beautiful community. Each time I'm there I see residents out and about enjoying the amenities and socializing with one another. Their team has been very kind and welcoming and a great addition to the long term care community in the Portland area.
