Great Volunteering Assistance, would recommend HMI for all your Community Service Needs. All the Negative Reviews are From people who don't know how to follow Instructions to complete Program. Why do you want to visit the HMI Headquarters when everything is Digital Now?

This is an amazing organization. They were very clear on expectations and roles. Additionally, they were very efficient with getting the necessary documents signed and returned. Kimberly was so helpful and was there for every question I had for submitting documents. It was flexible in that I was limited with transportation. They are also doing their community service for a beautiful cause.

Showed up to this address so my boyfriend could turn in his donations and turns out this isn’t the correct address and no company with this name is there. Called to speak to somebody and they said we had to pay over the phone that we can’t go to the office to pay without appointment. Keep in mind the office isn’t even there so I told her okay set an appointment and she said she had to call me back and still haven’t received a call back for an appointment. These reviews are probably fake and this website isn’t trustworthy. Save your time and find another place to help you. They never said to review documents they said he had to send the money. They asked for the money only not any paperwork. And we said we’d take the appointment and never insulted anybody we asked if we could go up and why we couldn’t and she said we had to send the money. Stop lying to people. My boyfriend and I kept it respectful and was just trying to just pay and to find a false address and a lady on the phone just asking for the money is sketchy
