I'd call it a Varsity level light show. More family & sleep over kids in a minivan with popcorn, kind of thing.
Lots of lit signs for attribution a.k.a. advertising. A few had motion.
Bonus, you can re-cycle through. If you really need a bathroom, you may be out of luck. The parking seemed to be packed early and continuously.
