Fabian and his family are extremely phenomenal. They catered my wedding and not only was the food amazing, but he and the rest of the staff were incredibly attentive. When people were eating he made a point to visit the tables to make sure everyone was okay. They made sure my husband and I were fed and were incredibly professional. They did such an amazing job that I wish I could do another event just so I could hire them again! I promise you’ll have no regrets going with them. Phenomenal personalities and phenomenal food

Fabian and his team were just amazing for our wedding. They served fajitas, which were superb, but the attention to detail, their service, and everything else was outstanding as well. My husband and I cannot say enough great things about them. They really took great care of us!

We had fajitas for our wedding and it was AMAZING! Custer service was exceptional. Multiple guests are raving it been the best wedding meal they have had, and that says a lot coming from a picky hispanic family.

Fabian and his team were excellent! I still get food compliments to this day. People keep saying the food was absolutely delicious. We also used them for bartending services and they did a great job. The presentation of the buffet was gorgeous and the guests were offered seconds once everyone had gotten their plate. Fabian also made sure to pack up all the extra food that was left over. I would def recommend them to everyone!

A month late but I've been meaning to write a review for Monclovas Catering. I am beyond grateful I found Fabian and his team to cater dinner for my wedding. They are amazing in every way. The food was delicious and served hot, fresh! So many of my guest continue to compliment the catering. Their service was beyond what I expected and asked for. They set up and cleaned up perfectly. Fabian is amazing at communicating and was always easy to get in contact with if I need him in any way. He made sure we stayed within our budget and did everything he could to provide quality service!! Thank you Fabian and your family. You are all so amazing and so appreciated.
