I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Jason Smith. Jason has been absolutely wonderful while helping a family member of ours in Virginia navigate what can be a very overwhelming process. Even though our loved one doesn't qualify for services just yet, Jason never made us feel like we were "just another call." He took the time to answer questions, offer guidance, and point us in the right direction with kindness, patience, and a servant's heart. Because of all of his efforts, our family member knows exactly who to call when the time comes and fully intends to reach back out to him. That says a lot. Our team at The Auberge at Plano look forward to working with Jason and the Anchor of Hope team in the future. It's refreshing to meet people who genuinely care, even when there's nothing to gain in the moment. People may forget what you said, but they'll never forget how you made them feel. Thank you, Jason, for making our family feel seen, supported, and cared for. 💛

Anchor of Hope Hospice is an amazing organization that not only met our expectations and needs but also exceeded them. They gave me the gift of precious time with my wife that I will always cherish. From the moment they entered the doors of our home, at the most difficult of times, I was touched deeply by their compassion and concern for my wife's serious health condition. The care provided by Anchor of Hope Hospice went beyond being professional, it became personal. Consistently reassuring my wife that their primary purpose was her comfort in body, mind and spirit. The care nurses were gentle with her and respected her dignity as a person. The registered nurses that attended to her were professional and patient with the care they provided. As a caregiver they were concise in their communication with me assisting me to be a better care giver. In addition, they would take the time to listen and allow time for tears to flow. They became my friend in a time of need. The chaplain helped to bring my wife to the place of peace in her soul as she approached the threshold of death. I am forever grateful as the survivor of a heart wrenching experience--losing a loved one, for the staff of Anchor of Hope Hospice. They filled my home with genuine love and compassion for four months. I came to love them all very dearly. To me, they are all angels in human form. An amazing organization filled with amazing people.

In a time of tremendous stress and sadness these fantastic people came and offered hope and love that was beyond anything we could have imagined. From my mother-in-law leaving Baylor hospital to transfer her to our house and set her up with fantastic equipment while making sure we understood everything from medicine to proper functioning of equipment made the transition effortless and easy. They basically took care of everything and allowed us to focus our love and attention on her. 24/7 emergency staff available, and the bedside manner was unbelievable. We are real people who can't thank Anchor and it's staff enough for all the support and care during our difficult time. They truly are a blessing from God.

Our family, unfortunately, had to find a caregiver for hospice services, and Anchor of Hope was one of the recommendations. Our use of their services was a pleasant experience throughout. Thank you to all who were involved, but special thanks to Joanna for being kind and caring, and Our nurse PJ for her competent, respectful, and thoughtful service. I can endorse them as a company you can trust at a time that no one wants to happen and when you could really use the help.

I had to place my wife into dementia care about three years ago and began hospice care about eight months into her stay. The hospice provider was recommended by management at the time. I was disappointed with their caregiving and stopped the caregiver service. I was also disappointed with the social worker and chaplain service from them. I moved my wife from that dementia care facility after one year to Grand Brook Memory Care of Grapevine. Many of the residents at Grand Brook were in the hospice care of Anchor of Hope Hospice and I placed my wife into their care also. It was an excellent decision, and I was very grateful for the compassionate and attentive care my wife received from the Anchor of Hope team. My wife required total care and the entire team of caregivers, nurses, social worker and chaplain lovingly cared for her for almost two years until her passing. At end of life, the team was so supportive during the most difficult time. I could not have gone through that time without their support and care. Thank you, Ginny, Stephanie, Eric and all of the caregivers. Anchor of Hope not only cared for my wife but also supported me and my family. I highly recommend Anchor of Hope Hospice to anyone needing hospice care.
