Catholic Charities Diocese of Madison

I love this organization, the location I visit has a chapel for anyone, it's a beautiful little room to pray or just meditate. They have a food pantry and free community meals are served seven days a week. It's a good place for those in need of nutrition, money help in dire situations, and those people staffing the offices are understanding persons. They never look down on people who need help, no matter the reason.

Great organization on many levels

These are about the cruelest horrible people to ever exist!!! They run a home where my autistic daughter resides. Ever since they took over my daughter has gone downhill dramatically! On November 20 they abandoned her at the school and not ONE of the staff answered the cell phones UNTIL the authorities were called and complaints were filed with CPS. They claimed it was a "staffing/scheduling" issue... They REFUSED to allow my daughter a Christmas tree or decorations claiming they "couldn't find any" although they were left from previous staff and then I found out why- they didn't plan on taking care of my daughter during Christmas!!! She began vomiting on Tuesday and was left without medicine for her cyclic vomiting syndrome till Wednesday night when I had to demand they take her to the hospital! They verbally and psychologically abused her by accusing her of "vomiting ON PURPOSE FOR ATTENTION "!!!!! Still not giving her her needed med she kept vomiting through today and couldn't keep her other meds down required by her chapter 51 they manipulated the situation with lies and neglect to have her transported to Winnebago because she "wasn't compliant with her meds". In reality, they didn't want to take care of her and miss out on Christmas with their own families (confirmed statements)!!! They accused her of noncompliance when in reality she was laying in her bed the WHOLE TIME weak as a kitten, dehydrated and in pain for 2 DAYS!!! She has lost so much ground since these MONSTERS came into our lives!!! I implore all to boycott this abusive organization!!!!
