So grateful for all the help Maddie gave us. We never had to worry if things were going to get done as when Maddie says she is going to do something for you it was always done. She did the and then some for us. Being many miles away from Madison it was a little more difficult for us in the decision making but Maddie was there for comfort, support and advice. My sister and I lost our parents within 4 months of each other. I cannot begin to tell you how comforting it was to have Madeline as our contact at Memory Gardens. From picking out the plot, private burying of the folks and the headstone, we were so comforted by her care and professionalism. We have both chosen our own plots at Memory Gardens as well. Thank you Madeline for your wonderful care during this time. You are a gem ❤️🙏👣

Small, peaceful and well maintained. The grounds keepers were so nice and when we asked him to trim a little around the marker, he spent 15-20 minutes trimming, raising and cleaning the headstone. So cool! Thanks Jim!

We have been working with Sunset Memory Gardens for many years now. They have always been very flexible in working with us. The office girls are very friendly and helpful. I think the grounds crew could do a better job of taking care of the markers as some of them are quite sunken. I was told we could fill out a work order with the office and they would have it taken care of. I do have an issue with the order forms for flowers to be placed at the gravesites. Some years I will get a form and some years I will not. I always have to call the office to place an order and then it is not placed immediately. If I was from out of town I would not know it it had been placed at all or not. Also, they have been sending an invoice to the wrong address for well over two years now. (I send in an address change with every payment.) The only reason I get it is because our mailman realizes the mistake on the address. I do like the idea that we can pay off everything for our funerals well ahead of time. I like the cemetery but be sure you can keep tabs on their work.

Today we met with Ashleigh to confirm our cemetery plots. We were so glad she sat down with us and got us started on burial planning. This was something I've wanted to take care of for sometime but never took the time or didn't know where to start. I didn't want to burden my family with making these decisions when the time comes. Lots of questions were asked and answered for us by Ashleigh. We were able to choose specific items and lock them in at today's prices. Thank you Ashleigh for being so helpful and patient with us. I had peace of mind leaving Sunset Memory Gardens today knowing that it's all taken care of.
