Highland Memory Gardens

We wanted to pre plan and our research led us to Jami at Highland. We came in not understanding options...so many! She was great to work with and helped us find the perfect plan that we feel at peace with, including the area we will be laid to rest in. These are difficult discussions to consider and having Jami there to support the process made it so smooth. Highly recommend.

I started working with Jami at Highland Memorial Gardens when my mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2024. My grandparents are deceased and placed in the mausoleum at Highland and my mother wanted to try and be as close to them as possible when her time came however, my mother had not yet had a place reserved. Jami sat down with me and with very much care she helped me find an urn niche as close to my grandparents as possible so my mother could be near her parents. When my mother did pass and we were ready for her final placement in 2025, Jami again with very much care made sure that our family had everything we needed to say our final goodbyes in the beautiful chapel of the mausoleum. I give much thanks to Jami and the staff of Highland Memorial Gardens for giving not only my family but also, my mother as much beauty and grace as possible.

I had the pleasure of working with Jami Kresnak numerous times over the last few months: transferring some family plot deeds, correcting placement of a bench, and some pre-planning. She was knowledgeable, kind and provided fantastic customer service. Jami exceeded my expectations with her fast response time (phone and email), non-pushy suggestions, and her warm personality.

I had to deal with deaths within my family. I started working with someone before Jami Kresnak was working there. The process went very well after Jami took over for the person who left. 110% better. Jami was a lot of help. I have had so much grief dealing with all this and Jami is and was a lot of help. She started helping me and my mom getting my Dad buried. Then we turned to her for my aunt a few months later. Then if I wasn't being punished enough in life. My mom, the woman who was there doing all this with me....she passes away on Valentines day 2 months after my aunt. Jami thank you for your help
