Heartland Hospice

We were very grateful to Heartland Hospice for all they did for our Mom to assist in her final months while she was in Riverview Acute Care. They kept in touch with us and she loved their visits. All of them, but she was always happy to report when Pastor George came to visit! We were there every day but she still enjoyed a visit from any of the Hospice staff. They worked well with the staff there and met her every need. I can’t remember every one of them but would like to say in her last couple days that her Hospice nurse, MJ, spent a lot of time telling us just what to expect and monitoring her. She was of great comfort. Pastor George came and prayed over her daily at the end & even though we couldn’t see her respond he sang to her as she loved that. My family has Jamie Blevins that comes an takes care of my step father, she is the best. She has a kind heart, very patient and caring. She is a great worker and we enjoy her everyday.

Brooke Hall and Sandy are very caring and wonderful nurses, Jamie and Laney are excellent nurses aides as well, my mothernlaw Linda adores them and our family is very appreciative and thankful for her team. Linda's whole team has been excellent! Linda loves them all! Thanks Brooke, Sandy, Jamie, Laney, Nurse practitioners, social workers and Chaplin! Thanks Heartland Hospice! Jamie Blevins is an amazing aide. She pours so much of herself into her patients, coworkers and everyone else in her life. If I had a family member on hospice and they needed a stna I would want her to care for them. I would want her to care for me

Brooke is such a blessing to our family! She’s always so punctual & polite. Answers calls day or night. Brooke is very knowledgeable about Hospice services among many other things. She’s very patient and we just love her so much!
