I am seeking out public information regarding Mr. Stusek and his spouse Pam's General Liability /Malpractice Insurance Carriers in which both of them refuse to provide to (me) a client so that I can files claims against each of them and towards their law office. Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went far above and beyond to help us navigate a challenging situation and to get our business set up properly, and quickly. He was fair, honest, insightful, patient, well-connected, and impressively made himself available to us for every question we had, large or small. I can't recommend him enough! And his assistant, Pam, is very delightful, helpful and always well prepared for every visit.

Tom drafted our family trust document in 2006 and recently did a major revision and update. Our experience with him was nothing but good. He seems very knowledgeable in the area of wills and estate law. On both occasions he met with us initially, took notes, answered questions, made some recommendations. When the documents were ready (couple weeks) we met again, reviewed the revisions and signed and notarized. He did everything he said he was going to do. We are quite happy with the finished product, and his fees are reasonable. If he hasn’t retired by the time we need another update, we will certainly be back.

Here's what I typed - want to save it for another opportunity; We were referred to Tom thru a CPA in Livingston to address issues that had developed during a drawn-out lawsuit against us. At our initial briefing, Tom identified a solution to the problem, verified statutes and laws that supported his recommendations, and outlined a path to resolving the issues which had plagued us for years, and which our previous attorney had never suggested. In short order the problem was behind us and we are able to move on with the matter completely resolved. Thank you, Tom.
