Do NOT trust this lawfirm! My partners and I used them to help with the legal process to open a bar/restaurant/casino. The process took 4 months longer, (10 months total), than it normally would. When my California partners decided to dissolve, Joel Silverman secretly helped them even though he also represented ME, a Montana native. Joel is NOT for the people of Montana and cares only where the money is, even if it is unethical and a direct conflict of interest. Do NOT trust him and do NOT give him your money.
