Grayce Enhanced Hospice Care

I met Laura Williams (Owner) and Micheal Neagle (Assistant Director of Nurses) at an information-gathering meeting with my mom and sister at our home. From the start, they were knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. It was clear they cared about how Mom would be treated, and they wanted it to be exactly as she wished. We appreciate Laura and Michael explaining and communicating how the process would work. We also appreciate their patience with Mom while she determined for herself when the time was right to begin Hospice care. This was very important to her. My family and I are most thankful, however, for Laura Skinner. She has been the main nurse assigned to Mom and has been an absolute angel. She has her own family, her own life, and her own things to deal with; but has delivered some of the most genuine and sincere kindness I have ever witnessed. She truly cared for Mom. Truly. Not just as a patient, but as a person, a mother, and a grandmother. We will never be able to repay her warm-hearted generosity or thoughtfulness. She has been so gentle and gracious through this experience. She explains what is happening in clear and easy-to-understand language while caring for Mom. She is tremendously talented in her work, and even more so in the way she brings warmth and decency to a situation that is full is stress, uncertainty, and fear. Thank you, Laura, for being a bright spot to Mom in her last few weeks, an invaluable resource for our family, and a shining example of humanity in a world that seems to have forgotten the meaning of the word. We will never forget you.

Gracyce Hospice went above and beyond for my family and my precious father. Walking someone home to Jesus is a team effort, and they made us feel like family the entire way. They are truly some of the sweetest and most compassionate people you will ever meet. Their team is rock solid. They operate in a highly efficient manner and their service is unmatched. We trusted them, and they delivered! 10/10!
