Had ordered two days before the date I wanted and received multiple dead flowers on arrival. Paid $100 for the bouquet to genuinely be half dead. Reached out to them and they want me to come in the day after when the recipient already had plans — which is precisely why I ordered ahead of time. Knowing that they handpicked these flowers and sent them out just makes me upset.
