Flowers By Grace

Grace does more than send flowers. She listens. She cares. She made the most beautiful arrangement for my sister’s birthday who was celebrating in a Miami Hispital while her husband underwent his 12th surgery on his leg! She said it brightened the whole room and her emotions. Thank you Grace.

Terribly disappointed in our flower order! Who delivers an ordered flower arrangement without a card?! How do I get credit for unidentified flowers that cost this much! There was no card attached to our funeral flower arrangement, so I had to get up during the funeral and have them announce the correct sender of the arrangement. I called in my order and repeated my written message 3 times. I could not be more upset. The arrangement was well done and that's the only reason I gave 2 stars. If I did not attend the funeral, all my efforts would have been wasted. Needs more attention to big details, LIKE A CARD!

bait and and switch scam. ordered flowers from their website to be delivered to my wife. they sent some tiny arrangement instead, which was embarrassing.. i called to ask what happened and correct their mistake. she said no mistake and it was a nice arrangement. after talking to the owner or manager they said ok we'll correct this issue and exchange it. my wife sent me a picture of what they sent the second time.. looked better than the first but still no where near what i ordered. I didn't call back again because there isn't a point. they obviously will try and scam anyone who orders online.. beware.
