i am so happy to say that i have never once been disappointed with this florist, genuinely the best one ive tried so far. arrangements never disappoint and are always unique.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this florist. The arrangement delivered looked nothing like the photo online— the flowers were wilted, dull, and honestly embarrassing. When I contacted the owner to express my concerns, she was argumentative, dismissive, and condescending instead of simply acknowledging the mistake. She insisted the arrangement looked like the picture, which was completely untrue. Although she eventually agreed to issue a refund, she then went back to the recipient’s home to pick up the arrangement, adding even more embarrassment and inconvenience to an already unpleasant situation. The quality of the flowers was nowhere near worth the price I paid, and the lack of professionalism and accountability was shocking. I will never use this florist again. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere—this place is not worth your time or money.

I found Cheyla Flowers online through a third party to send my Mother flowers to her work for her Birthday. Initially there was an issue with the delivery and they were either not received at the office or misplaced but I called and spoke with the owner who made it right by personally delivering the flowers the following day at no extra cost. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, and the customer service was great. They truly care about their customers and go out of their way to make it a good experience for both the buyer and the person receiving the flowers. 10/10 experience I would use them again and highly recommend others to!

They have quality flowers that last and a great variety. They are very detailed and have fresh and unique arrangements. Good quality, good customer service, and great prices.
