Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care

All good on the very first day… very hard to get a call back, my father passed on 12/18/2025 the death certificate wasn’t signed it took them 4 weeks my faker say at the funeral home … the lady i talked to was the rudest individual I have never talked to … it finally got signed after i had to get ugly with them, should have never taken that long …

Avoid!! On 12/24/25, while the person picking up the equipment was nice to my mother, they were VERY disrespectful to me. Saying offensive side comments and personal opinions of what WE should be doing as a family (opinions not asked for or wanted). He even went on and on about how "his generation" was different and even had the nerve to ask me if I knew how to cook. (he was implying I should be cooking). I flew from out of state to be with family while we lose a family member and this disrespectful man talking out of line was very unprofessional and uncalled for. I hope nobody else has to deal with this type of interaction. All he had to do was pick up the equipment and leave. Keep your opinions and side comments to yourself. Definitely avoid this place if you can, and if you can't hopefully you don't have to deal with judmenental opinionated unwanted comments. He was also talking badly about this company himself, but ironically, there was no issues until he came to pickup the equipment. Unbelievable.

In the worst of times, Crossroads was there every step of the way. The support and care the administration, attendants, and nurses provided was a blessing. I know that I do not know every name, but Beth, Jerri and the other angels, you know who you are, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.💕 Thank you, from the Key family.

This company is scandalous. They do not honor legally notarized POA and revocation of POA. They have dragged their feet and continue to withhold information. They don’t return calls for days. Nurse TJ’s bedside manner lacks compassion and empathy. She was exceptionally rude to the patient and his family that were present in the room. Do not use this company.

I want to give a huge post of appreciation for the great care my father received while on hospice with Crossroads - Memphis. Thank you to our nurse Cassie for being so compassionate, understanding and supportive during this difficult time. And to our CNA Teresa - thank you for the amazing job you did with my dad. We know he definitely wasn’t an “easy” patient but you handled him like the true professional you are. It takes a special person to be in this line of work. My family thanks you Crossroads, we truly received the best caregivers❤️
