Trash they only care about money they don't care about their patients Toni needs to be fired she's the worst nurse I've ever seen She just left my grandma laying in the floor after she fell while she was at our house Said she was going to make sure my grandma lost all of her benefits and she said she was going to make sure that she was put in a nursing home and that she had friends that worked at the nursing home and she said she was going to make sure that my grandma was mistreated

I've had many issues with them The nurse I had wasn't ordering the diapers or meds I kept running out ,,,I had to call many times to get them to send some. Most times when I call I'm put on hold Or they were in a meeting,,,or on the phone with someone else. I'm not happy with the service I received, Then finally someone started coming,, I had finally got a great nurse that knew my mom's situation and what I needed and would listen and help me after 4 months they changed my nurse and gave me another bad one Then 2 days she wanted to take my mom off hospice They took my mom of hospice at 9 am at 10 am a hour later they put her back on ,, because she started declining rapidly,,, Then the next day my mom took a turn for the worst , 2 days after my mom passed they was wanting there equipment back 😡 Over 10 months they caused me alot of unnecessary stress,,, on top of stress from a situation to start with Hospice supposed to help And on top of everything I went off on the manager and unloaded my thoughts on her ,,,a week later she got fired and I had someone to call adult protective services on me told them a lie that I wasn't taking care of my mom. I found out she probley called and reported me because 6 other people was reported that was with this company,, If I had it to do over again I would not choose this company I'm not going to lie with the mental exhaustion and stress from everything,,they added alot of unnecessary stress,,on me I don't recommend them at all

Dad's nurse Robert was wonderful. The last 2 aides were pleasant and did a good job.

Excellent care and excellent staff! They have gone above and beyond for my patients.
