June 2023 both my parents passed away unexpectedly within 3 days of one another. They were yet young and left no wills. It was arguably the most difficult period of my life and took two years for me to recover completely. This firm was patient with me and helped throughout the entire process. They definitely “earn their keep” and surpassed my expectations. I am very grateful I worked with this team. Thanks again Mr. Brad and Mrs. Elisa!!

The attorney that handled my investment company's landlord-tenant dispute is Mechelle Montgomery-Bumpers. My personal opinion is that my experience working with her was unpleasant and unsatisfying. To summarize my issue with this firm without going into way too many details: I personally believe that when a client spends good money hiring an attorney, completely setting aside whether or not the attorney is able to procure a favorable result, the attorney should *at the very least* be polite, respectful, and responsive to the client. As should any service provider who is being paid to do a job. From my prior experience with attempting to resolve issues I had with the case management and discourse with the attorney, I don't expect any appropriate response to this review. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the response to my 1-star review contains one or more misstated facts or personal attacks that could potentially imply that the issues I raise in my review here are in whole or in part my fault and not the attorney's fault. I honestly had such a headache with this attorney that I didn't even feel it was worth posting a review because then I may have to deal with more toxic energy. But, then I remembered how I searched through reviews and relied on referrals before hiring this firm and wished I had seen something indicating to stay away from this particular attorney before I signed on with the firm. In the end, I decided to leave this review here so hopefully it saves someone else from signing on with this firm without knowing what they are getting into. I highly recommend anyone needing real estate counsel go elsewhere. It is a shame because there are many other attorneys on the team at the firm and good staff that are much more appropriate and professional. However, the fact that the firm as a whole allows Mechelle to be an equity partner and represent the firm despite knowing how she handled clients and cases is enough reason in my opinion for my overall 1-star rating.

Didn't have have any problems with the closing itself but the condescending attitude from Mr. Jake Wallace was very unprofessional. I was asked if I participated in illegal pharmaceutical sales because I had two cell phones, very tacky to say the least. I had some choice words but I kept my composure and kept is classy and yes Jake, to answer your question, some of you attorneys are some of the largest consumers of those illegal pharmaceuticals!

GREAT Experience!!! Easy process being the Seller for a Closing of a House. Our Attorney, Nick was very knowledgeable and had everything well organized. Beautiful Office, as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 💕
