We made the decision to form a will and trust even though we are in our 30s after a dear friend passed away unexpectedly in a car crash. She left behind a beautiful family and kids still in school. It reminded us how life can change at any given moment, and we wanted to know our young son and the people we care about would be taken care of if my husband and I passed away. I even got tearful in the middle of it, but it felt good knowing that if something ever happened and I didn’t get to say the things I wanted to him, it’ll never be left unsaid now. It’s preserved in video and audio recording for him to have when he’s older. That’s just one example of how this law office has had a meaningful impact on our lives and made going through this process feel worth it.
