The gal today helped me choose loose flowers to put together a gorgeous bouquet for my daughter’s sweet 16! Thank you for your help and great eye for color! Their houseplants are also always gorgeous and healthy…picked up an amazing monstera with tons of beautiful new growth. Best place to get huge peace lilies too!

We're negligent in not sending a review earlier, but need to let readers know that Magic City is absolutely outstanding, the best, by far, in Billings. For many years we receive 4-5 deliveries per year and every arrangement has been beautiful. The flowers are fresh and lasting and deliveries are well coordinated. It's a pleasure to work with the Magic City staff!!!

I contacted this florist to send flowers to my granddaughter. They insisted on having her phone number and said she lived in a locked building. After providing her number, they asked me how they were suppose to deliver the flowers to a locked building. I was totally confused because that was why they insisted on having her number. Next they asked if I want to cancel the order. I don't know how this business has a 4.7 rating. I've contacted many local florist in several states to send flowers and never had such an issue. I would never recommend this florist!

Amazing business, wonderful staff, and beautiful flowers! I live in another state, and my mom was having surgery in Billings. I wanted to send her flowers to let her know I was thinking about her and wishing her well. I called Magic City Floral in the late afternoon to have flowers delivered to my mom in her hospital room. The very nice lady helped me choose flowers and told me it would be the next day before they could deliver them. An hour later my mom sent me a picture of the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, thanking me. Magic City went above and beyond to deliver the most beautiful flowers in less than 2hrs from when I ordered them. I can’t thank you enough!

Today, I called for a last minute gift for a new client of mine. I called at 11:55am & by 2:30pm my customer was already thanking me for the lovely custom flower arrangement. WOW! Not bad on the 2nd to last business day before Christmas. Thank you so much!! AND... then, they emailed me around 4pm to tell me the flowers had been delivered. I've order many gifts from various companies across the country but this was definitely a class act.
