Gainan's Midtown Flowers

Extremely disappointing experience — especially as a returning customer. I have used this shop before and they have successfully delivered flowers to this exact same address in the past, which makes this situation even more infuriating. I ordered a $160 bouquet for my mother's birthday through their website, provided the delivery address, and my card was charged without any issue. The morning of the delivery, I received a call saying they couldn't deliver to her address and asked if she could come pick them up instead. When I called back and said no, I was told her address was "out of their area" — but that for an additional fee, they could deliver via express, which guarantees delivery by noon. So they CAN deliver. Their website just never communicated that to their delivery system. In fact, the representative openly admitted that their two systems don't talk to each other. And yet somehow that was my problem to solve. This isn't about the extra charge. It's about accountability and basic customer service. When your own staff admits your systems are broken and that the error is on your end, the answer should never be "pay more." A simple "we're sorry, we'll make it right" would have gone a long way. Instead, a loyal returning customer was left to clean up a mess they didn't make, with no apology and no accountability. I will not be using them again.

My mom really loved her Mother's Day flowers. She said they had a lot of variety and were fresh & vibrant! They were delivered right on schedule. I'm in San Diego and have had other florists fall short for this occasion. She kindly lets me know and it's such a bummer. Getting the flowers closer to her (Shepherd) was something I should have done ages ago. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Im am really disappointed with what I got, I took a picture in store of what I was supposed to pick up for valentines and it was completely different. I mean, I literally asked if that specific one I was purchasing was the one I will pick up for Valentine’s Day and the lady said yes. Well I show up and it was all different, I sent it back to see if they can match the picture and well, there’s what I got. It’s pretty but it’s not what I paid for, and if you are spending 300$ on an arrangement it BETTER look the same as what I paid.

The flower selection was very limited online. Wish there were more options for non-roses. They had a great online experience where I could pay with PayPal or Venmo or credit card. So it was great to send flowers to an out of state close friend that lives in Billings MT. (322898)
