We started seeing Dr. Reid for couples therapy, and honestly… it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made. He gave us tools that actually work and he listens in a way that makes you feel safe, seen, and understood. And now I’ve also started seeing him individually for my depression, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Having a therapist who gets both sides and still supports me as a person is such a blessing. I feel lighter, more hopeful, and truly cared for. I’m just really, really happy. 🫶🏽

I started seeing Dr Reid in March 2023. It was my first time seeking a therapist. I was at rock bottom and I was going through a severe mental health crisis due to issues that I’ve had since I was a teenager. Those issues affected my relationship, which was in shambles and was being held together with duct tape and rubber bands. I sought out Dr Reid to help me with my problems and my issues so that I could better myself and be a better partner to my wife. Instead of focusing on me and my problems and teaching me skills to navigate the issues that I was dealing with, he instead focused on my wife and my relationship, and all of the things that my wife was doing wrong. (He was never our couples counselor) Within the span of a month he convinced me that my wife had a severe mood disorder (Borderline Personality Disorder) and diagnosed her over telehealth, without ever meeting her, despite trying to on several occasions. (I want to clarify that Dr Reid has never met nor spoken to my wife and she does not have this disorder that he says he told me she does). Dr. Reid did not help me with my problems and only exacerbated my issues. He didn't give me tools to help deal with my anxiety or my mental health. The more I saw him the angrier I got and the worse my anxiety became. I stayed with him for 9 months despite seeing very little improvement, until he started falling asleep on me during sessions, without apologizing or acknowledging that was nodding off. I finally started getting help after I left Dr. Reid. I sought out a different therapist who gave me tools and skills to help me with my communication issues and my anxiety. I would highly recommend Not using Dr. Reid.

As a therapist, Dr. Reid is soft spoken, kind, and an excellent listener. He is insightful and offers sage advice when asked his opinion/perspective on issues. His years of training and life experiences are evident in his practice. Reid is capable of guiding you through life's toughest challenges in a gentle and supportive way. I am so grateful to have found such a compassionate and astute counselor.

Very caring, compassionate therapist. From the first moment that I spoke with him on the phone for the initial interview, I felt totally at ease and knew this was a man I could totally trust and that he was going to do all possible that he could to help me. Dr. Reid has an incredible ability to break situations down to the core issue and then zero in on that issue and focus how to correct things for the future. He would always check in on me between appointments to insure I was staying on track. I can’t say enough about his skills and compassion as a therapist, would recommend him to anyone wanting to change their life for the better!

I have been going to Dr. Reid for over 6 months. I was going through some changes in my life and was looking for a counselor to help give me guidance and an outside perspective. I have had some bad therapy experiences in the past with a different counselor, so I was initially hesitant to seek help. I am now so glad I did! I was immediately impressed by Dr. Reid and would recommend him with zero hesitation! I love how easy it is to talk to him. He is a great listener and he asks very insightful questions that help you examine your own life in ways you might have never considered. He genuinely cares for his patients and I love the way he connects with you on a personal level by sharing some stories from his own life and the wisdom he gained from those experiences. My life has greatly benefited from his intelligent input and insight into my own life. He has helped me through some very important decisions. I would recommend him to anyone seeking help and guidance with making positive changes to improve their life and themselves.
