I've been a client at Theratique for well over a year, doing sessions with therapist Carey Bergeron. Carey recognized that what I needed more than clinical assessment, although that was part of her approach, I needed a place I could ritually visit each week to process some overwhelming major life changes that were coming at me fast and hard. By asking questions and looking at things with honesty and authenticity week after week, Carey helped me see that I already had everything I needed to navigate both the joyful the blessings and painful challenges of a rapidly blossoming career, initiating the end of a deeply troubled marriage, a frightening medical diagnosis and surgery, major weight loss, and a cross-country move for a promotion to my dream job. This would be overwhelming for anyone, and it absolutely was for me. Carey was incredible at helping me uncover ways of finding strength, expressing self-love, tuning into my own energy, wisdom, and potential, and identifying the fear-based patterns that were holding me back from making choices and moving forward. I'm coming away from my experience with Carey at Theratique with a more open mind about myself and what I am capable of, how I accept and show love in ways that honor who I am, and how all the different energetic forces at work, internal and external, shape our realities.

Carey is an incredible therapist. She has a unique way of guiding you through life’s challenges and helping you see that, no matter what, you’re going to be okay. She truly cares about her clients and puts her whole heart into what she does. You can feel that she genuinely wants the best for your life, and that kind of support is rare and deeply appreciated.

As soon as you walk in, you can feel the stress leave your body. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have been a client of Annick's for years and I will continue to come to this convenient location. Highly recommend checking out their services if you haven't already.

Yolanda is amazing!! She was channeling me from the moment I walked through the door, and her observations were spot on!! I initially booked an appointment for hypnosis, but after a quick chat we shifted gears and Yolanda performed some crystal healing and reiki. She was so connected and tuned in during my treatment, offering valuable insight and wisdom throughout the session. I left feeling clearer, lighter and more centered. She’s the real deal—highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Wishing I could come here everyday! I love the atmosphere. You can tell the employees love their job and that’s why they do it. I hate going to places where everyone is miserable. Love the vibes.
