My experience at Thriveworks was disappointing. My therapist was wonderful and truly supported me through the start of my grieving journey, but the system around her was consistently unreliable. I had multiple last‑minute cancellations with no explanation, was even no‑showed once, and support offered no real help.Billing was also a recurring problem — my insurance wasn’t run correctly several times, and I had to repeatedly contact support to fix the same issues.My counselor did everything she could, but the way the service is run feels unprofessional and unreliable.

Don’t go here. Tried to reach out to complain because my husband has gone days without his medication. Doctor had “technical issues” with a phone visit and never communicated to the patient there was a disconnection. The appointment was rescheduled and he was marked a no show and we called the referred number multiple times. We were told to reschedule, we were told they couldn’t reach out to the doctor, we were told we can’t get a refill of his prescription without a visit with the doctor, and then we were told there’s a medical line to refill prescriptions. We spoke to several different customer service people and they all said something different. They need to get organized. Patient satisfaction is a zero, they only care about money.

I have been seeing Betsy Servis at Thriveworks for almost two years, and she has helped me tremendously. Growth and healing aren’t always easy — especially in the moment when self-reflection and healthy coping skills feel hard to access. But being completely transparent with your therapist and trusting that they truly have your best interest at heart makes all the difference. That is Betsy. She is empathetic, understanding, and incredibly insightful. She creates a safe space where I feel heard, supported, and gently challenged to grow. It is evident that she has a true passion for helping others, and she approaches her work with both compassion and professionalism. I am beyond grateful for her guidance and support over the past two years. I highly recommend Betsy to anyone looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and walks alongside you in your journey toward healing and self-growth.

Please do yourself a favor and go to the next place. I’ve been without my medication for days because they think charged a no show fee is more important that your own good. They can cancel the day off but it don’t work the same with you. Very odd. I absolutely will not remove this review until my $135 is refunded. Yall literally have someone going without there medication bc yall drained there last money of some stupid fee when I’m a returning customer multiple times a month sometimes. I wonder how much my insurance is paying yall. Seems very unfair. To add to this a month later. These scam artist people found an old card of mine on file and charged missed appointment fees. So against the law in Nc. I will be reporting yall to the attorney general and BBB. PLEASE PEOPLE unless you want more mental health problems stay away! They arent even local and act like it! Desperate times I can tell for them.

Danielle is definitely one of the best therapists! She has always made me feel so comfortable and always encourages me each session! She is so very supportive, and always professional and understanding! Danielle is always the therapist I would recommend to everyone looking for a person you can feel comfortable with !
