I do not remember much of this day but I will say our family was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We had to travel from out of state and our loved one was picked up and ready for us when we arrived. The staff is ABSOLUTELY in their career field. The kindness you feel from the moment you walk in is CALMING and WONDERFUL. Let them take care of your loved one!

The makeup job they did on my brother looked rushed, patchy, and overall terrible. They didn't even bother to wash his hands or clean up his nails, which I find disrespectful. There were other issues, which included offering a livestream of the service for extended family and then not livestreaming it so they did not get to see it, but that makeup was by far the most upsetting for me. In a time where families are reeling from loss, this funeral home did NOT help ease any of the stress or emotional anguish.

Newcomer went above and beyond to assist my family in creating services for our mother within our budget. We were allowed to create a unique funeral experience for those mourning our loved one and were treated with respect throughout the entire process. We were also allowed to make reasonable payments for a few weeks after services were complete, allowing us to give our mother her final service wishes.

This place lied, gave my father's flag to someone else, then lied about that. A disgrace to my father, a disgrace to our America. I would highly consider someone else. Also, they have gone through employees, management for a good reason. Calling them is going to create problems for everyone. A common theme here is their dishonest. Read the reviews. Their usual reply, please call. I tried that, they lied. If I even want copies of the papers used for the funeral, I'll need an attorney. Even then, I highly doubt they would be authentic. I was my father's next of kin, and his ONLY SON. I think that most of us can clearly see the nasty condescending reply to a person who was done wrong and grieving over the way this so called funeral home speaks volumes into who they are and stand for. People this is unfortunately the way the world is today. Clearly a funeral home with no integrity whatsoever. This is my opinion based on my experience. I mean to deny that you didn't perform any service at the end of our phone conversation. I just wished them the best and hung-up. Unbelievable people. Please note, this management does not represent the GOOD people of Wyoming. Keep looking.

They took excellent care of us when we needed cremation, memorial, and burial services for my parents. We used them first for my dad 3 years ago and then again for my mom this year. Their gentle kindness and thoroughness through every step of the way made a very difficult time manageable. They handled everything. I would highly recommend Newcomer to anyone!
