Bustard's is an institution in Casper, for a reason. They are the best! This time our funeral director was Veronica. We were impressed with her perfessionalism and kindness. She was so attentive and receptive to our needs. Highly reccomend!

Bustard's is new and improved. They seem compassionate instead of trying to get the most money they can. They really cared about our concerns and questions. Bustards has taken care of my Brother's, Dad and nephews and now my mom's funeral services. I really like the memorial video part of the service. In the past we were only allowed to submit 15 photos for the video and Bustards would do the video. Now we have the control and can submit as many photos we want. I am sure the advancement in technology had something to do with it. The video we were able to put together for my mom was exceptional We received a lot of good comments and it meant so much.

Called to ask about mailing cremation ashes in the mail. Talked to Aaron and went in to meet him that same day . He was very patient, had a mailing box all folded and ready for me as well as the 4 special stickers (denoting human remains) needing to be attached to the package once it was sealed up, and he had the mailing label for Priority Mail. The staff was welcoming, informative and friendly, ready with everything I needed to send to my sister so she could mail my moms ashes to me so I could take them to the family plot in Pennsylvania. Very gracious for your help with this sensitive task.

The Staff was extremely helpful and comforting to our family during a very emotional time. The facility for my Husbands celebration of life was awesome and it was exactly what he would have wanted, a place for family and friends to gather that was bright to share his life.
