Family owned business Elena and her daughter Monica are an absolute delight to work with. Whenever I’ve needed flower leis, they’ve always been spot-on with my requests. They’ve never been short or irritated with me, and they always give me the best customer service, smiling and being friendly on the phone or text. This floral shop is by far one of the BEST—if not the best shops I have ever come across. I put in an online order for a succulent arrangement for my mom’s birthday and of course wanted to add a little note on it. I assumed just like all other floral businesses, they would do their typed version of my personalized birthday greeting to my mom. The following day—the day I requested for my arrangement to be delivered, I received a text message informing me that they dropped off my arrangement AND on top of that, they were so kind to inform me that they had handwritten my personalized note for my mom on a larger card AND added a little birthday balloon. Gestures like this are so hard to come by nowadays. This is the definition of customer service—taking care of customers and anticipating their needs without even asking. Small gestures like this truly go a long way for me. It goes to show the care, love and appreciation they have for their clients. You guys are incredible. Thank you for creating such a beautiful arrangement for my mom that she absolutely adores and thank you for providing excellent service!
