I ordered the “Simply Tulips” premium bouquet from Flora Couture expecting the lush, multi-colored, ruffled tulips shown in their beautiful website photos. What I actually received was a basic bunch of solid hot-pink tulips that looked like they came from a grocery store. The advertisement features gorgeous peachy-pink and cream double tulips with intricate, full blooms in an elegant textured vase with a gold base. Instead, I got standard single-petal magenta/pink tulips in a plain clear glass vase. There’s zero resemblance to the premium arrangement pictured online. The flowers themselves are fresh enough, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The color is completely different, the variety is wrong, and the presentation is nothing like what’s advertised. I specifically chose this bouquet because of how stunning it looked in the photos — this was supposed to be a special treat, not a disappointment. Extremely misleading advertising. When I addressed my concern to the employee that the arrangement looks nothing like advertised she assured me that in a few hours when the tulips warmed up and was exposed to some sunlight they’d open up and the colors would show. Here’s a picture of them almost 7 hrs later. Not happy with my experience to say the least .

My daughter was getting married and, being young, she wasn't aware she needed boutonnieres. I called the same day and they were able to fulfill my order for seven boutonnieres. They did an awesome job and were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!
