My experience at A Sound Mind Counseling is great. I have received counseling here for over 15 yrs. I love the atmosphere and the staff, they are very helpful. Yes, I would recommend A Sound Mind Conseling to Family and friends.

I gave this company several chances. I had the most horrible counseling sessions with Gwen. Gwen was rude, unprofessional and sarcastic. Multiple scheduling issues, mis communications ect…. I even tried to switch therapist in the company the new therapist never showed up or called for our scheduled apt.

I will not recommend especially if you are looking for consistent counseling. Sessions are so spread out. The front desk seem to never communicate with one another and I believe its unprofessional to call a person right before their appointment when it should have been addressed when I called to schedule my appointment.

The atmosphere is very inviting and professional. I recommended a friend and she was extremely pleased with the service. I witnessed a tremendous change in her way of thinking and her life. This is a well sought out agency and they have provided services at my place of employment.

A Sound Mind Counseling Services has a very special place for my family. I had the most wonderful experience working through my family issues. Every time I called the staff made sure my needs were met. If you’re looking for a therapist this is definitely the place to go.
