This place is scamming people. They sold my grandma a prepaid funeral service ten years ago; that's where you invest your money in their trust, and in return, they guarantee that you will pay today's prices for the future funeral. Prior to going to the place to collect the footstone she purchased, we called the trust company to make sure we had enough money to pay for everything in full. We did, so we went in, and they claimed we owed them $330, because the trust interest is theirs, not ours. This is not the case. The trust people told us that this is not the case. Additionally, we paid the taxes on the interest, so the laws of our federal government tell us that is not the case. They were very rude to my grandma, and did not budge. Eventually, they offered to keep the footstone that they had already manufactured, only charge us for the rest, and refund the difference between our money (INCLUDING the interest) and the rest. This is not a deal someone makes who is in the right. They are plainly stealing the interest from every person who purchases this and doesn't pay attention to their taxes. It's gross and illegal.

They are great. Danielle at the front desk is absolutely amazing she contacted me immediately to set appointment up for my Mom Anita and was very polite and consoling to me as I navigated through the process. Everyone was super amazing. But Danielle at the front desk made the process so much easier. Thank you!!

Today we held a small service for my grandpa which was extremely hard for our family due to the fact he was the main piece to our puzzle. Danielle was absolutely amazing and so comforting to anyone who needed it. She was so kind, loving, and so professional. They did such a good job with getting him ready and he looked so handsome. They went above and beyond for our family and I highly recommend them. Thank you a million times for your grace, understanding and professionalism. God bless you guys!

They allowed an unauthorized person to handle my father's remains. Allowed an extended family member to pay without contacting me first. Had to call and ask the unauthorized person if it was okay if i paid for it. After I had them return payment so I could pay, they tried to double charge me. Quoted me 150.00 to ship my father's remains to Helena then charged me 175.00. The lady at the front with the accent was a lovely person but that place is ridiculous.
