Find somewhere else to lay your loved ones to rest. The staff lies to you and they don’t take care of the grounds. My FIL was buried there in December2024 and they still have not installed the plaque on the headstone. We have called multiple times over the last year and a half and been told everything from we are short staffed to it will be taken care of this week. April 2025 they finally admitted that the plaque had not even been ordered and promised that it would be installed before Memorial Day. One week after and it still isn’t there. Lots of apologies and excuses but no action. The grounds aren’t taken care of either unless you bug them. Find somewhere else to lay your loved one to rest, our loved one’s deserve better.

What a horrible experience. Angela are you aware of the industry you’re in?? One that primarily deals with pain, sadness and suffering. That condescending attitude from the minute I walked in after you asked how you could help me. I asked for the death cert that was sent weeks ago and you said you didn’t have it without even looking. Rolling your eyes while calling the downtown location and acting exasperated to do so. What a mood you set that turned an already hard experience to one of complete agitation and frustration. You were zero help, nor did you try for that matter. I couldn’t even say a word when I left because I didn’t want to lose it on you. Shame on you. Thank goodness Colleen at the downtown location was way more helpful and understanding on the phone. I hope your next encounter with someone goes a lot more smoothly. It’s hard enough going there.

Very disappointed! My Father-in-law's interment was today and they really dropped the ball! An American hero who served in two wars; one as a jet mechanic and another as an Army chaplain was forgotten by you guys. No military honors for a man that also helped build the Veterans cemetery he was laid to rest in. Incredibly embarrassing behavior and you should be ashamed. There is no way to make this right for the family.
