Accentcare thank you!! I cannot put into words how grateful our family is for the hospice admission nurse Elsa Pasco Ruiz who visit my mother. From the moment she walked through the door, she brought a sense of peace,happiness and dignity to a very difficult situation. My mother absolutely fell in love with her because of the immense love and tenderness she showed. She didn't just treat my mother as a patient; she treated her like family. At one point, she even gave my mom a kiss, which moved me. It’s rare to find someone with that much soul and compassion. She is truly doing the work she was meant to do.

They are both incredibly thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable in the care they provide. From the very beginning, they made our family feel comfortable and reassured, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. What truly stands out is how caring and compassionate they are. They don’t just do their jobs—they genuinely go above and beyond to ensure Mum feels supported, comfortable, and valued. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication have made a meaningful difference in her care and in our peace of mind as a family. I highly recommend RN Elsa and Carolina to anyone seeking outstanding care for their loved ones. They truly embody what excellent healthcare should be.

The service provided was excellent overall. From the beginning, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience very comfortable. 5-Star Review for AccentCare Hospice – Plantation, Florida. I cannot say enough good things about AccentCare Hospice in Plantation, FL. They have been an absolute godsend for my 62-year-old brother who is battling stage 4 cancer. From the very beginning, their team went far above and beyond what anyone could expect.When my brother was in the hospital back in November 2025, they were ready to discharge him with nowhere to go — he had lost his housing and was essentially facing homelessness. The hospital seemed to just want him out. That’s when Vivian stepped in like an angel. She firmly told them “no” — he was now under hospice care and would not be leaving until they found him a safe place. She fought for him, got him transferred to their hospice facility while we worked on getting him approved for disability and into a nursing home. Vivian was truly a savior during one of the most stressful and scary times in our lives. My brother, my sister and I will forever be grateful to her. We were so fortunate that Jessica from AccentCare helped coordinate his placement into Golfcrest Nursing Home in Hollywood, FL. He has been there since November 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he’s receiving. The staff at Golfcrest, combined with the ongoing support from AccentCare, have made his days as peaceful and comfortable as possible given his condition.I also have to give a huge shout-out to Krista. Even though I live across the country and can no longer understand my brother clearly over the phone, Krista visits him at least twice a week. She always calls me while she’s there, translates what he’s trying to say, gives me honest updates on his condition, and lets me know about any medical procedures they’re doing to keep him comfortable. My brother absolutely loves her — she makes him feel special and truly cared for. She has been such a blessing to both of us.The entire AccentCare team has kept my sister, my brother, and me well-informed and supported every step of the way. Accent Care is amazing providing the best care for your loved ones. I had another agency which was a terrible experience, however when I found Accent, everything changed. I am extremely happy with the services and care. Every nurse we have the pleasure of working with could not get any better. Also, the aides are very good!
