All I can say is WOW! Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have been able to stay here. We were so blessed to be able to get a room on such short notice. Thank you so much to every single staff member that we encountered January 25th-January 29th. Thank you for being so thoughtful, helpful, and kind during our stay. The property was maintained very well. Every area was always clean and we were very comfortable in our room. We will never forget our experience or the people we encountered while staying here. We love you Ms. Samantha! DC4L -The Guajardo’s ❤️

All staff was extremely friendly except Nikia Bennett. Bennett was very unprofessional and possibly needs more training on customer service. Would recommend this place to a family in need for a temporary night or so but while visiting the Augusta hospital please look into other options of residency while visiting during longer hospital days. Thanks again Tosh & your fraternity, Yolanda, Shakira and the red headed beauty (over night staff) which whos name I forgot! Forgive me! Thanks for the gentle gestures and options at the Ronald McDonald's house! Very clean place guys!

Horrible communication. Was told we didn’t have to spend every night there and we are in the middle of moving which is what was told to the person who admitted us and now they’re kicking us out because someone else needs the room even though we HAVE been using the room 5 out of 7 nights of the week. Horrible communication and rude and disrespectful staff(mostly the house manager) she needs to learn people skills because she clearly doesn’t have any. Luckily we will still be able to visit our baby but they’re known for kicking people out. Will never be using them again and def talking to the CEO or higher up about the way they run their facility and submitting complaints to corporate on the staff who misinformed me and were rude and disrespectful.

Stayed here while our son was undergoing testing at the children's hospital. Everyone was incredibly kind and made it a great experience for us.

This place is an amazing place to volunteer at. As an outsider just wanting to help out and cook, they have a fully loaded kitchen and made it very easy to cook for the families staying there. The staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed. If you're in the area and looking to help out this is the place to do it at.
