The Goldfarb Law Firm

I called these arrogant jerks at there Las Cruces, NM office to see about setting up a trust for my mother in-law who had massive stroke and is in a nursing home. Unfortunately we aren’t wealthy enough for this Law Firm. Because she is on medicaid due to her financial situation at the time of her stroke and lack of planning prior. The man Aaron Goldfarb who answered my call was very rude and nastily quoted “they don’t handle MEDICAID TRUSTS”. When I nicely asked if he even knew of another attorney in town who did, he again nastily rude quoted “NO I DON’T” at this time I would have loved to rip him through the phone for being such a jerk. However, I kept my composure because of who I am and what kind of man I am. I again asked nicely, how would I find that information. Nastily again the rude jerk quoted “CALL THE STATE BAR ASSOCIATION”. The rude jerk then hung up on me. If this is the kind of people you want to do business with, by all means please do. But, after such treatment, personally I could or would never trust this firm with any legal matters. It’s seams as if all they care about is money and not the client. I would even pull my business from here upon hearing this kind of thing from another. No body deserves to be treated this way, especially a perspective client.

We did our wills and trusts with them. What a fabulous bunch of people. They are so nice, very helpful and welcoming. I don't think I could have found better group to help us and work with.
